5 Year Internal Inspections
We understand that sprinkler systems, and their proper testing and maintenance, is just as important as all of the MEP systems in a facility due to the life and property saving aspects of the systems. Proper testing and maintenance ensures sprinkler systems are in proper working order to deliver water to a fire in the event of an incident. This includes the internal investigation of fire systems, which plays such an important part of the serviceability of the system.
ProTech Fire has been performing internal inspections for years, and are always amazed at the deteriorated condition of many of these systems. For example, we have found many pipes that are corroded or blocked by debris. By performing internal inspections, which are required by NFPA Codes and most insurance companies, we provide piece of mind that the system will operate properly, if and when it’s needed.
